Shipping Information

CHARGES AND DELIVERY TIMES ​

Shipping charges are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use a tracked delivery service.

​Items are collected from us for shipping Wednesday to Friday. We do not offer a next day delivery service as standard. For UK customers delivery is generally 2 working days from date of collection. If you require a speedier delivery please contact hello@unpolishedspace.com.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We can ship outside the UK but we ask that you email hello@unpolishedspace.com to get an accurate shipping cost prior to ordering. Please note that VAT and customs duties may apply to shipments outside of the UK. These will vary from country to country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For International customers delivery is generally 3-5 working days from date of collection. Sometimes parcels can be delayed at customs so delivery times could be longer than anticipated. ​
